Mold Manufacturing

Trimming
The rough edges are trimmed and sanded to remove any excess material, to meet the high aesthetic requirements.

Sanding & Polishing
KKR® solid surface products undergo 10 meticulous polishing steps to achieve a high-gloss finish, bringingin a flawless and reflective surface that enhances durability and beauty.

Quality Inspection
Each washbasin undergoes a rigorous quality control process, including visual inspection, dimensional measurements, and various tests, to ensure that it meets our high standards and the client's requirements.
